To update build:
If you have current latest version 4 of ESET software download the latest version from ESET website and run the installation over current one. Restart the PC at the end of installation.
If you have previous older version of ESET software, uninstall it, restart your PC and then download and install the current version 4 of ESET Smart Security 4 or ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4

New Versions of ESET Software are released with new features and enhancement protection. This version are constantly developed and updated. Each critical update provided by software updates. But parts of the software which will have impact on the software stability are implemented in to the new build number. This can be upgraded only by re-installing the software from the older version or by installing over current version.
Build number can be checked by clicking at Help and Support / About, where is stated as a version. Screenshot on the right. Latest build is recommended in case of any issue with the software performance or behavior. |
